Kleel is a “buy for me” company in Iraq. It buys items that you order online from e-commerce websites and deliver to Iraq.

2. How can I make order in Kleel?

• Become a member at Kleel.com for free
• Add balance to your account (click Recharge icon) using Kleel shopping cards
• Click on "New order" icon , fill out all required field in the form and click "Create" to make new order
• Following your order process by click on "Processing" icon

3. How are the shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the items weight in Pound.

4. Am I responsible for paying taxes?

Yes, you are responsible for paying all duties and taxes, and the final price includes all duties and taxes.

5. What kinds of products are not allowed to order?

Any products that include gas, perfumes, products with fuel engine, pets and spying tools.
